Thank you for choosing Romalar. Our rings are custom-made based on your order, making them highly personalized. Once production begins, returns or cancellations are generally not accepted. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
Custom rings are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a production error or quality issue.
We offer a free remake or full refund in the following situations:
Production Error: The ring does not match the confirmed order (e.g. wrong size, style, material, engraving).
Quality Issue: Structural or material defects not consistent with agreed standards.
📩 Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your ring at support@romalarjewelry.com. Include clear photos and your order number. Once confirmed, we will remake the ring at no cost or issue a full refund within 3–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Incorrect size provided by the customer
Damage caused by improper use (scratches, deformation, etc.)
Loss of shipment due to incorrect shipping information
Need a size adjustment? We offer paid resizing services—contact us for details.
To ensure timely production, we start crafting your ring immediately after payment.
Within 8 hours of payment: Free cancellation or changes
After 8 hours but before shipping:
Cancellation: 35% fee
Design changes: 20% fee + updated quote
After shipment: Cancellations not accepted (unless there's a production or quality issue)
Romalar offers long-term care for your ring:
Free Repairs within 5 Years, including:
Replating
Resetting up to 5 small stones (<2mm, non-diamond)
Re-mounting main stone (if returned)
Minor reshaping (non-structural)
Beyond Free Repair: We’ll provide a repair quote based on damage and materials. Work begins after your confirmation.
Replacement Discount: Returning customers can receive up to 30% credit of their original order toward a new one.
Shipping Notes:
Customers cover round-trip shipping and customs fees for free repairs. We cover shipping for replacements.
